Our Technology:
Most conventional lubricants usually demonstrate high strength and thickness of their oil film, or by introducing an EP (Extreme Pressure) protective deposit between moving surfaces to resist failure that result in scoring, seizure or accelerated wear.
ROAR Lubricantis blended from scientifically tested, EXTREME quality Synthetic Base Oils enhanced with the latest Nano viscous technology. Today¡¯s high performance engines create high levels of mechanical friction, heat , compression and hot sparks which demands an EXTREME oil to protect and extract the maximum from the engine. ROAR does just that by providing anti coking and anti friction properties, that are essential for protecting turbo rotors, pistons, valves and bearings at high RPM¡¯s in today¡¯s performance engines.
ROAR Lubricanthas been tested extensively and proven to improve fuel economy,
reduce maintenance cost and prolong the life span of engines in many industrial, racing and other applications. Under extreme conditions (heat & pressure), the elements of the special lubricating oils metallurgically impregnate the crystal structure of the metal itself at its mating friction surfaces.
During the metallurgical process, a very thin layer of original metal is converted into a new type of metal that is much harder and has at least 100 times longer wear-life. This newly formed layer of metal protects the original "softer" metal beneath it from any wear. As a result, the mechanical coefficient will be substantially reduced with up to 95% of engine wear is inevitably eliminated.
This new technology provides the benefits of lower engine and gearbox noise along with vibrations whilst dissipating heat at the same time. The complete mechanical systems stability, reliability and productivity is improved as a result.
How ROAR Lubricant Works:
After flushing your engine of the "tired" normal oil; from the very instant, you "Pour in Performance" with ROAR Lubricant, a complex chemical process begins to work its wonders on the internal engine parts. Components of ROAR Lubricant at the molecular level, react chemically at the points of friction with the crystal structure of the metal. As a result of this process, the outer layer of the original metal is converted into a protective layer that is much more durable.
This newly formed layer protects the original "softer" metal beneath it from harsh wear and tear. In addition, ROAR Lubricants¡¯ friction reducing properties eliminate many of the barriers that prevent you from unleashing all the power and performance your engine and gearbox are capable of delivering. We all know that friction generates heat, and heat robs power¡so as the friction is reduced, internally you will experience a cooler and quieter engine, smoother and crisper gear changes, and less vibration noise that is transmitted through the chassis into the vehicle cabin. The best part of this amazing lubricant is that the chemical reactions do not stop working... the longer you use it, the better it gets! However, due to the carbon generated by the combustion process in all engines, we recommend changing from fresh ROAR Lubricant after 20,000 kms¡that¡¯s 2 times better than "normal" oils.
ROAR Lubricant optimized additives are also extremely good moisture repellents which are highly efficient when used on equipment operating in extreme moisture-rich, abrasive dust and dirt conditions. The additives contain no solid particles, and are also compatible with other lubricants in the market.
ROAR Lubricant ensures superb performance as well as oil film retention at hot summer temperatures and during high-speed driving at heavy engine loads. They also have superb thermal and oxidation stability, so they maintain excellent engine cleanliness by suppressing sludge formation, which can cause engine seizures and pump clogging.
